Soul

A few months ago, our cat, Binky, got bitten by a snake and passed away. I'm not really religious, but I go to a Christian youth group to see my friends and every time there is a prayer section. When they asked what we wanted to prey for, I asked that we could pray for Binky's happiness in the afterlife. They said "Sorry we don't believe animals have souls"

I was still thinking about this a few weeks ago, and was inspired to draw this pic. It's a reaper collection the soul of a pet cat. The cat still wants to look after his people, but has to leave.
